MICHAELKILADA wants to ensure your complete satisfaction for all online purchases. Domestic orders (USA) purchased on michaelkilada.com are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item's original ship date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.
- Items must be sent back with the original garment bag and packaged in a suitable way to protect contents.
- Please avoid wearing perfume or deodorant as these can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed.
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of MICHAELKILADA. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or packaging replacement. MICHAELKILADA reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not adhere to our policy; such items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment and are processed 2-3 business days after the return is delivered.
Sale merchandise, and anything noted as final sale, are final sale with no exceptions. International orders outside of the USA are final sale and cannot be returned.
